That is right y’all, Mexican bad ass Chef Macario Jimenez is not messing around. You see, Macario had to work hard to make his dream come through, but not even a pandemic was going to stop him, yes I said this before and I say it again, and lucky us, his dream is to make us happy, happy!
You see, Sabora Food Truck is his mother ship, and out of this moving kitchen full of creativity, you are going to discover that talent has no boundaries.
The hamburgers and sandwiches this guy is making are EPIC and this is NO BULL.
I love to eat, hell, we all love to eat, and I also appreciate people who make authentic food, but what I admire most is the ability of some Chefs to elevate a traditional meal to an art form, and Macario is doing that without a doubt!
WHAT DO I RECOMMEND?
You have to TRY HIS CUBAN SANDWICH, I love the choice of meats, and the locally sourced mustard as well as the right amount of bread. Yes folks, I don’t like to have a sandwich that fills you up with so much bread and the way Sabora Food Truck makes this Cuban is PERFECT!
GET IT with regular fries.
GHOST MAKER BURGER
Spicy by the way of using ghost peppers in a way only a master Chef can. I mean, the burger is spicy, but never hot. It is just enough heat to make you enjoy the ride, and to make you aware Macario is Mexican and as such he knows how to work with fire, YES SIR!
GET IT with sweet potato fries, and chipotle mayo!
3. FANCY BURGER
This one is like great sex. Tasty, delicious, steamy and you are going to want more as soon as you are done. Ok, maybe that’s just me. But seriously, this hamburger is made with mushrooms marinated in red wine, and the wine element ELEVATES this burger big time!
GET IT with a salad, because the shrooms are meaty and they go on top of a juicy beef patty and you need to eat greens yo!
