ASHEVILLE’S BILINGUAL ADVERTISING AGENCY.
Hell yeah Asheville! I’m super excited to show you what Mariscos Seafood Shack is about, because this place I believe is destined to be a big hit in the West side.
You see, I’m from Veracruz, México and that makes me a PATA SALADA, and therefore I love seafood very much.
Today, I’m going to share with you a place that
I’m not going to tell you much about the food because you should watch the video I made.
You will see the joy experienced by this guy is genuine and can’t be put into words, without you thinking that I’m exaggerating.
On this culinary adventure my good friend Stu Helm joined me, and he was a very happy man for almost a couple of hours, because he once again got to enjoy the talent of Chef Enrique Pérez, and his right hand man Miguelon.
Yes, Chef Enrique is a unique talent and I said it before when I made the video about Ay Caramba, Enrique is elevating Mexican cuisine in the West side my friends!
Aguachiles, ceviche, caldo de mariscos, camarones zarandeados, camarones cucaracha, and of course American seafood as well.
I recommend you go and TRY CAMARONES ZARANDEADOS, if you go as a group order a few things and SHARE! and if you are brave AGUACHILES!
Thank you Chef Enrique Pérez, Federico Marquez, Miguelon, la parcera, el chamula, Juan, el pana and the whole team, you guys ROCK!
